Acticade reserves the right to refuse service based on health concerns that may pose a risk to the individual or others during the session. By participating in Acticade classes, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to physical exertion and the use of Pilates equipment, and the potential for injuries. It is the participant\u2019s responsibility to consult with a physician before participating. Participants release, discharge, and hold harmless Acticade, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising from or related to participation in Pilates classes or use of Acticade facilities. Acticade provides guidance and instruction but does not guarantee safety or prevent injury. Acticade is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or other occurrences resulting from participation. In case of an emergency, participants authorize Acticade to seek medical treatment on their behalf and agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment. Personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative purposes and to enhance participant experience. Acticade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Exceptions may be made for serious medical reasons that restrict movement, and a valid doctor&#8217;s note is required to approve the pause.<\/p><p>Pausing a 12-month membership is possible. A pause fee of 60\u20ac is charged for each month for the duration of the pause. Please note that pausing the membership will also terminate access to private trainings, bookings, and membership privileges.
