In group classes, we move together, focus on awareness and body perception development, and support each other.

Acticade group classes are suitable for all levels, body types, and ages.

We use our body weight and small equipment (ball, ring, roller).

The class lasts 50 minutes, the pace is moderate, and there is no music.

Your class is guided by Nele Reimets, the founder of Acticade studio, with 10 years of experience and comprehensive training.
