ACTICADE MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to read these Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which govern your membership at Acticade. By accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding contract with Acticade OÜ. These Terms apply equally to both 3-month and 12-month membership plans.

Membership Commitment
By subscribing to a 3-month or 12-month membership, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee as invoiced every 4 weeks. Your commitment is to the length of the chosen membership plan, and payment is due regardless of usage.Payment Terms
Payments are due monthly. An invoice will be issued every 4 weeks, corresponding to the billing cycle. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of membership privileges until dues are settled.Cancellation Policy
Members can cancel their membership by notifying Acticade at info@acticade.eu at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the billing date will not stop the forthcoming charge but will prevent any future billings.Mid-Month Cancellations
Cancellation requests submitted midway through a billing cycle will not result in a refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.Pausing Membership
Members have the option to pause their membership for a minimum of 7 days. To pause, members must notify Acticade at info@acticade.eu.6-Hour Free Cancellation Add-on
For an additional fee of 50€/month, members can enjoy the flexibility of cancelling a session up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. This add-on is optional and is in addition to the monthly membership fee.Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling are free if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show without the 6-Hour Free Cancellation Add-on, the incident will be considered as a used session, thereby reducing the number of sessions remaining in your current billing cycle. This policy ensures fair access to sessions for all our members and helps us manage our scheduling efficiently. Members who have opted for the 6-Hour Free Cancellation Add-on are permitted to cancel up to 6 hours before their scheduled session without it being counted as a used session. This add-on provides additional flexibility for managing your schedule and ensures you get the most out of your membership at Acticade.Refund Policy
